Project management of small to medium-sized reconstruction projects in the field of practice and laboratory, including budgeting, cost control and identification of savings opportunities. Management of projects during all phases of the project with a view to achieving cost, time and quality objectives Interface management between clients, specialist planners and users as well as effective communication and stakeholder management. Collection, evaluation and negotiation of offers incl. awards or award recommendations and audits Defects and warranty tracking to ensure the quality and compliance of quality standards. Complete recording of all relevant technical systems Transfer or update of the technical equipment in the CAFM software Establishment and maintenance of a central overview of all existing maintenance contracts with the aim of contract/supplier/subcontractor consolidation Examination, negotiation and conclusion of maintenance contracts in cooperation with purchasing Preparation and presentation of relevant technical questions Support for energy management in technical issues Contact persons for the tenants and landlords, in particular with regard to technical questions including corresponding contact care and incoming complaints

Successfully completed studies in the real estate sector/ingenieurwesen or comparable technical training, ideally with real estate Multiannual professional experience in the above mentioned field of responsibility, ideally in technical real estate management Very good knowledge of property regulations Very good German knowledge in word and writing, good to very good English knowledge Specialized computer skills (MS Office), in particular CAFM tools SAP knowledge of advantage
