The body to be occupied is located in the Department of Legal Protection Damage. In our damage area, you process the transactions transferred to you in the legal protection insurance. You are the voice and face of the DEVK to the customer. You always place your interests at the centre of your activity, equivalent to the economic requirements of regulatory work. You meet the customer's wishes fair, competent and active.

After an intensive incorporation phase, you will address our customers independently in all matters relating to their legal protection. You will continue to use our digital legal service provider network and act as a problem solver. You decide on the entry obligation of the insurance and regulate ongoing damages in close contact with customers, lawyers and our sales partners. You are dealing with the formal and substantive effects of the time-lapse on our legal protection conditions, the law of attorney and the insurable legal areas. You accompany the electronic damages of our customers in personal responsibility across all instances.

You are a full lawyer (m/w/d), ideally with first experience in the service sector Safe handling of common office applications and digital work are of course for you. You are creative in solving legal issues. You also bring strong self-initiative and high degree of flexibility. You will soon understand that you will also be able to supply legally complex facts to a solution that will close down, economic and comprehensible to our customers. You have very good communicative skills with high level of service and negotiation skills. A very good oral and written expressability complete your profile.
