Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers.

Bachelor of Laws (m/w/d)

Your tasks include:

• Check, create and edit business descriptions/assessments for the branch
• Legal examination, legal assessment and legal classification of labour law matters under the application of valid regulations and regulations
• Creating labour law instructions
• Support for civil matters
• Coordination and examination of the contributions to regular assessments for the competent service owner
• cooperation in projects of the branch and the headquarters on HR and organizational objectives

That you should bring:

• Completed university studies (Bachelor) in the fields of administration, economics or comparable knowledge or skills and corresponding professional experience
• knowledge of the application of a public service collective agreement (TV-L, TVöD) or knowledge of the application of collective agreements in general
• Practical experience in performing job interviews and creating job descriptions/assessments
• Secure knowledge of German in word and writing

That would be desirable:

• Knowledge of civil servant law
