We are looking for you for our legal advice at the Stuttgart site! We serve clients from both the commercial and non-profit sectors, such as medical or ecclesiastical institutions. This interesting and multi-layered orientation distinguishes your activity from work in a classic social unit. In this context, you are engaged in the processing of cases from commercial and corporate law as well as association and foundation law, including topics from civil process law. This includes, in particular, advice and representation of clients the establishment and structuring of associations, associations and foundations, transformations according to the transformation law, business purchases and sales, design of commercial contracts and the process management. In many cases, our projects have references to the right of tax-beneficiary bodies and to social and health law. You work in an interdisciplinary manner with tax advisors, auditors and the professional contacts of the clients. In addition to the design of legal documents and active communication with clients, you also deal with the creation of legal opinions.

You are particularly interested in economic relationships. You are characterized by communicative strength and flexibility in the incorporation into the most diverse areas of themes. You have the pleasure of sharing with colleagues from other countries and bringing the necessary English skills to our work. We do not expect a doctorate or an LLM degree.
