General administration of the ambulance such as mail, deposit, order office material Administrative intake and dismissal management of patients in the clinic system (Orbis) Letters from doctors, surgical reports and findings in the medical-internal EDV system after dictation and the writing of medical correspondence Conducting and managing patient files Representation in Chief Medical Secretariat

A completed training in a commercial or medical profession Very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing Good knowledge of medical terminology and safe handling of MS Office applications (especially MS Word) A good time management, interest and joy in independent activity A high awareness of responsibility, discretion and flexibility
