We know we can rely on you: You are responsible for ensuring the cGMP-compliant and efficient implementation of microbiological tests as part of the aseptic filling of medicinal products (m/w/d), Team Coordinators (m/w/d) and Laborants (m/w/d) You feel responsible for compliance with statutory and operational obligations and ensure the up-to-date of SOPs (standard work instructions) and laboratory regulations You serve customers and authorities in the laboratory as part of audits and inspections You use the interdisciplinary exchange in advising production managers as well as quality operations (QS) as well as customers to determine corrective measures or preventative measures in the event of limit value exceeding You decide on the work priorities in the area of responsibility You plan the capacities and the annual cost budget (personal/investment/cost costs) You bring your healthy pragmatism and willingness to perform when you guide, motivate and develop your employees

How to complete our team With your completed scientific studies in the field of biology, microbiology, biotechnology or related studies With multi-year out-of-university professional and leadership experience in the relevant cGMP environment Estimated for your high social competence and as a model for conception and resilience With your very responsible and independent work You have knowledge of English
