As part of our nationwide team, you will lead customers from the areas of Public Sector (Bund, Land, Commune) and critical infrastructures to the digital future through solution-oriented consultations. You create modern and secure solutions for millions of people with our team and our customers. We create daily added value for society and public in Germany and Europe - for this we are looking for smart minds, creative creators: inside, IT-Gurus, organizational talents, analysts: inside. You use your strengths as a program manager:in, project manager:in, cloud expert/expert, cyber security expert/expert, IT architect:in, enterprise architect:in, SW engineer:in, change manager:in, product owner, scrum master or business analyst:in, request projects:in in digital transformations. You can do a variety of tasks: You support the planning, design, control and implementation of transformation projects in the public sector or in areas with special security requirements You support ministries, public authorities and other public bodies or critical infrastructures with innovative methods in implementing digital transformation projects You are part of a team for consulting in customer projects to plan and implement information flows and IT landscapes sustainably You use classic management methods or accompany and coach our customers: in the introduction of agile methods such as Scrum and SAFE or innovative technologies. You gradually take over the professional leadership of team members You support us in making processes and systems of public administrations or critical infrastructures resilient in terms of cyber security in holistic approaches and implementing rules on compliance, regulatory and data protection as an advisor to ensure their digital sovereignty

You have a degree (Bachelor or Master) You have experience and interest in shaping transformations and digitalization You have a pronounced affinity for new, innovative methods and technologies You have fun in responsible activities You bring very good communication skills in German and English
