We rely on you: You ensure the creation and testing of quality contracts with e.g. order laboratories, suppliers You maintain and coordinate research on regulatory requirements of quality control in cooperation with quality assurance and regulatory affairs You identify potential for improvement and perform optimizations as well as further developments in cross-departmental processes of quality control You represent the interests of quality control in internal and external discussions and initiate necessary changes to work processes, e.g. in laboratories You coordinate customer requests and advise customers on new or modified quality control services such as ChP requests, testing strategies You guide your employees professionally and disciplinaryly and develop them in a targeted manner

How to complete our team: With your completed scientific studies, for example in biology, chemistry or pharmacy With at least 3 years of professional experience in quality control and ideally first leadership experience With your very good English knowledge in word and writing to communicate with suppliers, customers and authorities With your high social competence for professional and disciplinary leadership and your strong communication skills With your organizational ability, independent working and high quality awareness The place is in part time 65% (26h) and fixed to 30.09.2027
