Python Expert:in to KISS: You master typified python on expert:in-level, KISS and YAGNI are your guide planks and you are convinced that everything-as-code is the best documentation Responsibility: You are willing to take responsibility throughout the SDLC, have already gained experience as a mentor at best, and trust you to lead a team of 5-8 developers: Quality Conscious: You use Secure-Coding Practices, of course, think Compliance and have an eye for Edge Cases. Test automation and Branch coverage are standard for you No Enterprise Corset: The Scale-up Dynamics, you want to advance structures - without Enterprise-Overhead -, increase the Outcome and further develop the team.
