In your role as Design Engineer, Mechanical (m/w/d), you take over the mechanical construction of production plants, including 3D modeling of assemblies, as well as the derivation of production and standard-oriented drawings and piece lists. In doing so, you work in a mechanical engineering design team to efficiently and on time implement systems according to technical specifications. You also support other technical departments in the English-speaking area. In this role, you will report to the team manager Mechanical Engineering. Your responsibility Mechanical construction for production plants based on R&I and plant data sheet in compliance with valid guidelines for safe plants and machines: 3D construction of assemblies & complete system modules

Dissipation of standard and production-oriented 2D drawings

Dissipation of production-oriented lists.

Mechanical design based on specification and specification as well as selection and technical specification for the components, assemblies and modules required in the area of work: in the planning of complex production facilities within the framework of customer projects

in the context of development work and in the planning of complicated plant parts and apparatus

Edit and answer technical requests from customers, regions, service technicians and construction site managers.

Intensive coordination and communication with all the specialist departments involved (system development, electrical design, R&I and technical documentation, project management, purchasing, work preparation, manufacturing, etc. in Feucht and Guangzhou). Initiation, selection and approval of the production of standardized assemblies & components (material strains) in cooperation with purchasing, work preparation, production.

Complete engineering studies, graduates as technicians or comparable qualifications.

Multiannual professional experience corresponding to the area to be responsible is desirable experience in the field of construction of wet chemical production plants. Very good expertise for the area to be responsible.

Very good user knowledge of the software used in the area to be responsible, in particular: Autodesk Inventor, PLM Software Pro.File, SAP & the Microsoft Office package.

Very good German- & good English knowledge in word and writing.
