Head of IT (Information Technology) (m/f/d)

Team leadership: You lead and develop our five-member IT team and promote constructive cooperation (plus interns and trainees). Digital strategy: You develop a future-proof digital strategy of our clinic together with the management and translate it into concrete measures and projects. Project management: You control digitalization projects for clinical processes – from conception to implementation to progress control and documentation incl. Presentation and moderation lines in all project phases. Cooperation: You design the interfaces between IT, doctors and care and bring together technical possibilities and the requirements of the departments. IT infrastructure and applications: You are responsible for the installation, integration and administration of servers and applications as well as the expansion of our IT infrastructure. Clinical systems: You accompany the procurement and introduction of medical hardware and software, the integration of clinical systems and subsystems as well as data exchange. Information security: You develop our security concepts in line with relevant requirements (e.g. NIS-2) and accompany their implementation and compliance. Process improvement: You recognize optimization possibilities, develop sustainable solutions and ensure their sustainable implementation.

You have completed your studies in computer science or business informatics or have a comparable qualification with corresponding further education or certificates. You bring several years of professional experience in healthcare IT, in particular with hospital information systems and/or clinical subsystems. Knowledge of Dedalus ORBIS, HP, WatchGuard, Sophos and VMware is desirable. You bring experience in the leadership and development of an IT team and understand how to give orientation, integrate people and develop solutions together. You think analytically and conceptually, set clear priorities and work independently and reliably. You communicate in a comprehensible and binding manner with your team as well as with the clinical areas and external partners. You combine a pronounced service orientation with responsible handling of confidential information.
