IT-Supporter (m/f/d)

The Evangelical Regional Association (ERV) is the institution of more than 200 social and diaconic institutions in the fields of education, diaconia, pastoral care and counselling, child and youth work and migration and refugee aid. Around 2,300 people with very different professions work for the ERV.

The Department IV Information Technology of the ERV administration is responsible for all IT and telecommunications services. The core services currently include the overall support of approx. 1,200 users spread over 160 locations as well as the operation and support of about 70 Microsoft and Linux servers in a virtual server environment. The Ev. parishes in Frankfurt are advised on request and supported in the design, procurement, installation, operation and troubleshooting.

User support (1st and 2nd levels) – Ticket processing (acquisition, analysis and processing of support requests and fault messages / hard and software, workplace IT) Personal support of users:inside, help in everyday work and solution-oriented advice in specialist applications Creating, changing and deactivating users:internal accounts, awarding and maintaining users:internal and group rights Establishment, modification and support of email mailboxes as well as support in mail problems Establishment, maintenance and maintenance of jobs, terminals and standard software Trouble analysis and troubleshooting Ticket maintenance, documentation of solutions and creation of application documentation Participation in compliance with IT Security and Privacy Policy

You have a completed training as a specialist informant (system integration), merchant/wife for IT system management or a multi-year, relevant professional experience in the field of information technology. You bring significant experience in IT service management. Good general knowledge of IT and technical understanding distinguish you. You have good (EDV) knowledge of English (for reading technical documentation, error messages, program descriptions, etc.). In addition, you bring high team skills as well as a high level of learning and a pronounced analytical ability. We require a high service orientation.
