You are the accounting of our German GmbH – independent, with direct wire to the management and our tax advisor. Independent booking of all business incidents in Uniconta as well as debitor and creditor accounting Monthly preparation and DATEV export to the tax advisor, participation in monthly and annual accounts Mahnwesen: Monitoring of open items and proactive recovery of claims Creation of reports for management and our headquarters in China Coordination of statutory reporting requirements: WEEE, Packaging license (DSD/LUCID), Battery Regulation – you keep an overview and communicate with the registration points

Closed commercial training, ideally focusing on accounting / finance or tax specialist staff with experience in ERP systems and DATEV Professional experience in accounting, like in a medium-sized environment Secure handling of ERP systems – knowledge in Uniconta is a real plus point Experience in data preparation for DATEV or cooperation with a tax advisor Structured, careful and reliable operation – you know that accuracy counts here Joy of numbers, analytical work and direct communication across departments Good German knowledge (Pflicht), English knowledge of advantage – communication with China runs in English
