They are responsible for the nature-protection program of a earth cable project in the planning and construction phase and ensure its uniform consistency across the project. They create the technical requirements for the conservation of nature for the planning and construction, taking into account legal requirements and underlegal regulations. They shall accompany the planning and further approval procedures in close contact with the authorities responsible for nature conservation and other public bodies. They coordinate the integrated service providers, create corresponding reports and advise the department and subproject management. As part of your projects, you will receive lectures, present work results in the public and contribute to information events on project communication.

They have a technical or university degree with a focus on nature conservation, biology, environmental sciences or landscape ecology or a comparable level of knowledge thanks to many years of professional experience. They have multi-annual work-relevant professional practice and ideally provide knowledge in the handling of linear infrastructure projects, public regulatory approval procedures and environmental law (the focus on nature conservation). They are a team player with good communication capability, high operational readiness and solution orientation. They have a structured and organized way of working, they are experienced in project management and master the German language in a safe manner. They have a class B driving licence and bring a high readiness to travel.
