In the field of driver assistance systems and automated driving, we ensure that our development vehicles can be efficiently planned, supervised and tested worldwide. You want to bring your theoretical knowledge directly into practice and take responsibility in the long term? Then become part of our team and support us in controlling our external development service providers and coordinating technical vehicle measures within the ADAS test. Your tasks: You support our team in operational and organizational tasks related to supplier management and process coordination. Among other things, you perform the following tasks: Maintenance, monitoring and tracking of tickets, measures and status messages in Jira and Confluence Creation and further development of knowledge databases, process documentation and work instructions Support for supplier controlling through key figures evaluations, status reports and audits Pre- and follow-up of regular dates and follow-up of agreed measures and escalations Support for transparency on technical vehicle measures such as software updates, hardware upgrades and service and recall actions Working with digitization, standardization and optimization of existing processes and tools We offer you: Long term collaboration alongside your studies Flexible working hours in coordination with your studies Self-responsible work and early takeover of responsibility Insights into the development of modern driver assistance systems Cooperation with different departments and external partners Possibility to introduce your own ideas and actively shape processes Valuable practical experience in project, process and supplier management The activity can start from October 2026.

Course of study: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Informatics or Similar Study Course Technical knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Jira and Confluence are beneficial Interest in technical relationships and the automotive industry driving licence class B Personal competencies: Structured, independent and reliable operation Embossed communication and team skills Organisational skills as well as ability to keep several topics in mind at the same time Analytical thinking and interest in data, key figures and processes High self-initiative, readiness for learning and solution-oriented action Hands-on mentality as well as enthusiasm for the active participation of processes and processes Why you are right with us: With us you are not only a supportive force, but an active part of the team.
