You first and coordinate the monthly individual and consolidated financial statements as well as external financial reporting according to HGB and IFRS – quarterly reports, half-year report and annual financial statements including Monitoring the consolidation process and purchase price allocations (PPAs) is in your hands You are responsible for compliance with capital market requirements (MAR, stock exchange registration obligations), tax reporting obligations against stock exchanges and investors and are responsible for the Primary Insider Management The annual non-financial reporting according to NFRD/CSRD and EU-Taxonomy will start in close coordination with sustainability management You will also participate in special projects, such as M&A transactions, refinancing or capital market projects.

Multiannual professional experience in corporate accounting, auditing or finance of an international company knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS; Knowledge of CSRD/EU taxonomy or capital market law (MAR, Investor Relations) are a plus Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g. DATEV, SAP) and very good Excel knowledge Affinity for digitalization and process automation in the finance environment Analytical thinking, structured working and a high degree of accuracy Very good knowledge of German and English (written and published), as you regularly communicate with international examiners and investors
