Claims Managers/Adjusters Cyber Claims (m/f/d)

As a damage manager (m/w/d) for cyber damages, you take responsibility for the professional processing of complex cyber damages and securely accompany policyholders through exceptional situations. You work at the interface between insurance, IT, law and external specialists and thus make a decisive contribution to successful damage regulation. Complete processing of cyber damages from damage reporting to completion Analysis and classification of cyber incidents (e.g. ransomware, phishing, data leaks, system failures) Coordination and control of external service providers such as IT forensics, Incident Response teams, lawyers and crisis communication Examination of the insurance cover by means of the cyber insurance conditions (covering, sublimits, obligations, exclusions) Assessment and regulation of personal injury, including IT recovery and forensic costs and business interruption damage Communication and coordination with insurance companies, internal specialist departments and insurers Negotiations in complex damage and regulation issues Documentation, reporting and participation in the further development of processes in the cyber environment

Completed commercial training, a study or a comparable qualification, e.g. in the fields of insurance, business, law or IT Professional experience in damage management, related to cyber, IT or complex property damage Good knowledge of insurance conditions and damage regulation processes Basic understanding for IT systems, cyber risks and typical attack scenarios Analytical thinking, high decision-making and problem-solving competence Communication strength, negotiation skills and a sovereign occurrence, even in crisis situations Self-employed, structured and responsible work
