You lead your team with heart and an open ear and care for a positive working atmosphere as well as service-oriented customer support. The motivation and qualification of employees are at your heart. You take co-responsibility for a dedicated team, enrich it with your experience and ensure that you implement the defined sales goals together. You also keep an overview of the daily business in turbulent times and always pay attention to economic efficiency. It gives you the pleasure to develop and implement local marketing measures, as well as actions for customer acquisition and regular customer care. With heart blood, commitment and expertise, you convey all kinds of travel (individual and travel, cruises, hotels, flights as well as other tourist services) that are perfectly matched to the individual wishes and needs of our customers.

You have successfully completed your training as a travel/tourism businessman (w/m/d). You have a multi-year experience in active sales in the travel agency and have ideally already managed a team. Your organizational talent, your high customer orientation and your leadership qualities make you an inestimably valuable part of our team. You see challenges as a chance to learn something new. Knowledge of expertise, product and target areas is an excellent feature. Revenue and cost structures are not a foreign word for you. You are familiar with the popular booking and price comparison systems such as AMADEUS, Bistro Portal, Paxconnect and ideally with the CRM MIDOCO. You bring true enthusiasm for travel and different cultures. Your creative ideas and your innovative spirit help continuously improve and expand our offer.
