Site Manager – Service Center for Radiology, Neuroradiology and Nuclear Medicine (m/f/d)

You bear the overall medical and organizational responsibility for radiology and nuclear medicine at the Nagold site. Under the direction of the managing chief physician of the multi-site service center for radiology, neuroradiology and nuclear medicine, you will develop the specialist department professionally, structurally and digitally consistently. In doing so, you set clear priorities, develop existing structures in a targeted manner and, together with your team, ensure a reliable, powerful and medically excellent radiological care. Your tasks include: Close cooperation with the managing chief physician within the cross-site composite structure Ensuring stable processes and consistent development of quality, processes and sustainable performance Active design of efficient processes and consistent use of existing development potentials Promoting open, binding leadership culture with clear communication, transparency and personal presence, and developing interdisciplinary cooperation with clinical partners Responsibility for radiation protection, quality assurance and regulatory requirements Structured training, promotion and supervision of assistant physicians Participation in readiness

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) leadership experience or clear desire to actively take over leadership responsibility Outstanding sense of responsibility and a high degree of decision-making Ability to give orientation even in challenging situations and to consistently implement priorities Entrepreneurial thinking and economic understanding High social competence and pleasure in team leadership and team development Joy of design, change and sustainable building of structures in a patient-oriented, cross-sectoral supply
