You already bring first relevant professional experience in in-house recruitment / talent acquisition management, preferably in a dynamic environment. You are communicative and value a structured and organized way of working. You work proactively and independently and look at it as your passion to win new employees: inside for our company. With your great interest in recruiting and employer branding trends and new tools, you are critically involved in the design and optimization of our recruiting strategy. You speak German and English fluently in word and writing.
