Senior Consultant (m/w/d) 70%-100% | Workplace Emmendingen or Calw, responsible for the centres of psychiatry in Emmendingen and North Black Forest/Calw

Process optimization and consulting: consulting and support for the areas of expertise in the implementation of process optimization and development of practical recommendations Corporate Development and Digitization: Accompanying projects for the further development of processes and digitalization of processes and structures as well as active participation in business development Examination and analysis: Own-sponsored planning and implementation of internal audits in financial, administrative and organisational processes with insight into the diverse business areas Process and risk assessment: Analysis of processes with regard to regularity, cost-effectiveness, efficiency and risks Examination of compliance with legal, supervisory, statutory and internal requirements and guidelines Preparation of audit reports and presentation of results to management and executives Participation in risk identification and further development of the internal control system Cooperation with external partners: cooperation with external audit bodies, e.g. Court of Auditors, auditors

Successfully completed university studies, ideally in the field of economics, business or economics or comparable disciplines Funded knowledge of accounting including hospital booking regulation (KHBV) Multiannual professional experience in auditing, internal auditing, ideally in public service or in the field of health and social affairs Knowledge in the field of revision technology and methods of risk identification and assessment Quick conception, independent and efficient operation High level of communication skills and solution orientation readiness to check-in service trips to Calw and Emmendingen sites (approximately 1–2 working days per week)
