• Administrative processing of all forwarding tasks in remote transport

• Collection/processing/delivery of consignment data

• Creation of transport orders to subcontractors and time window bookings

• Communication to load and delivery status of shipments/orders

• Examination of incoming TU invoices for accuracy

• Processing of tracers of certificates

• Invoicing processing

• Machining of returns/calls from charter traffic

• Completed vocational training, preferably as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification

• You are versed in dealing with current MS Office applications

• You work independently and structured
