Engineer as Head of Consulting – Energy Infrastructure

At the closest possible time we are looking for you as Head:in Consulting (Beratung) West (w/m/d) for DB Energie GmbH at the location Dortmund, Duisburg, Essen, Frankfurt am Main or Cologne. You will lead a team of 10 to 15 employees at the above locations and provide high-quality advice in the areas of construction, planning, maintenance, repair and operation of energy-related plants of DB Energie GmbH, the DB Group and external customers. The focus here is on installations around the energy and transport transition in the system railway, e.g. charging infrastructure for battery trains, hydrogen plants or 50-Hz plants, electrical train preheating systems, energy storage systems, tank systems and low and medium-voltage systems. Your tasks:

You run a team of 10 to 15 employees across the site and you are responsible for the orders, projects and overall energy consulting in your region In addition, you take overhead project management and rollout responsibility for retrofit and modernization measures for the operator areas regionally and at nationwide level You are responsible for managing and implementing projects for charging infrastructure on the rail, as well as construction and renewal measures at transformer stations, tankers and preheaters, and ensure that You are implemented in line with qualitia, deadline and budget.
