Tasks

• They provide guests satisfaction through an optimal preparation of the food using their own recipes (Mömax Cookbook)

• Compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP concept and daily MHD controls are of course for you

• You support the restaurant guide and create the menu together, week/day offers

• You always have an overview of goods management and inventory and use materials and consumer goods cost-consciously

Qualifications

• Complete training as cook / cook is desirable or experience in the (system) gastronomy

• Working in the team and supporting each other is a matter of course

• Their work is characterized by a high quality awareness, reliability and flexibility and is complemented by a well-maintained radiation

• You also keep an overview of high work and are always friendly and respectful to guests or colleagues
