You are responsible for the implementation of the technical, methodological and personal training content according to the training regulations, training plans and training concept in our training workshop. You create, coordinate and update individual training and deployment plans in coordination with the participating departments. You accompany our trainees through regular training, feedback, promotion and conflict talks, identify development needs early and initiate appropriate measures. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of trainees, bear the main responsibility for the selection and professional assessment of applicants, evaluate the development of trainees and make recommendations for the takeover. You will ensure compliance with work security and qualification requirements by organizing and controlling necessary instruction, qualifications and deployment grants. You establish the feedback and evaluation system for the departmental missions, coordinate the training officers and assist in assessing the operations. You develop technical training with a view to future topics such as artificial intelligence and are responsible for the equipment, administration and budget of the training sector. You work closely with HR, vocational schools, IHK, JAV, EHS, specialist departments and external partners.

You have completed technical training, master or technician qualification or comparable technical qualification. You have the training examination according to AEVO and bring at least 3–5 years of professional experience in a technical environment. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the guidance, care or development of trainees. You convince by organisational strength, sense of responsibility, communication skills and an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working. You have good MS-Office knowledge and are open to digital learning and training concepts. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
