Data management: As part of our team, you are going to keep our device master files up to date, balance the data and process the feedback from reading and assembly. You research the causes in case of deviations and complaints and conduct necessary measures. Customer contact: Customer concerns about this topic are also supervised by you through tickets, measures and tasks. The telephone contact to customers or service centers complete this activity. Interface work: In the Backoffice you are not only an important interface to other business areas, but also check the invoices and compensation complaints submitted by the Service Centers.
