Senior License Contract Manager (m/f/d)

As a Senior License Contract Manager, you take global responsibility for our software license portfolio and strategic management of license and contract management processes across all providers – from Microsoft to SAP to cloud solutions. You work at the interface of IT, Finance, Legal and Procurement and ensure that our licensing strategy is not only economic, but also compliant and sustainable. You control global partners, develop standards and KPIs and actively contribute to the financial and operational excellence of our IT landscape. Contract Management & Governance: Strategic management and governance of the global licensing portfolio. Development and implementation of standards, guidelines and KPIs to ensure transparency, compliance and cost efficiency. Licence strategy & optimization: Development of global licensing strategies across all software manufacturers. Evaluation and optimization of license models (cloud, hybrid, subscription) in accordance with FinOps and IT transformation. Contract negotiation & Renewal Management: Responsibility for preparation, negotiation and accompaniment of complex global licensing agreements. Detection of decision bases, scenarios and business cases for renewals and price optimizations. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with statutory and licensing requirements (SOX, GDPR). conduct audits, deviation analyses and risk assessments. Reporting & Performance Control: Building and Development of Global Reporting Frameworks, KPIs and Dashboards. Presentation of potential savings and performance results to management and stakeholders.

Completed studies in IT, BWL or comparable. More than 10 years of experience in IT Asset Management, FinOps or ITIL in complex corporate structures, international environment preferred Deep know-how in ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft licensing and IT financial management. Experience in leading international teams and controlling external providers. Strong communication and change competence to act successfully in dynamic environments.
