Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 7 employees, including coordination of daily tasks, promotion of professional development and ensuring efficient cooperation Responsibility of the daily business including ongoing accounting (creditors, debitors, property accounts, investment accounts, banks) Creation and verification of payment transactions and booking and voting of bank transactions Preparation and independent production of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB Own-responsible creation and reporting of sales tax pre-registrations in compliance with tax regulations Analysis and coordination of the main and secondary books plus related intercompany calculations, clarification of differences Professional contact for the BeneVit Group's institutions and executives as well as for tax advisors and auditors clarification of tax and balance sheet matters Optimizing accounting processes and implementing efficiency improvements

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) or Business Studies with a focus on financial and accounting or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting with relevant knowledge in accounting and accounting according to HGB First Management Experience as Team Leader (m/w/d) Accounting Secure application of accounting and ERP systems (ideally Business Central) Understanding tax and legal requirements in the field of accounting High level of self-initiative and self-employment, communication strength and enforcement Leadership, team and motivation Remarkable: knowledge in the health and care industry
