Your tasks: first telephone contact for our customers telephone customer support and complete processing of customer requests and orders in the banking business as well as electronic payment via simplified processes Active appointment agreements in- and outbound to strengthen our customer satisfaction and customer loyalty Review of the sales management campaigns

Requested knowledge: Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with bank-based background High service orientation and joy in dealing with people Structured, reliable and independent operation Teamability, Responsibility and Engagement
