Employee Customer Service Full-time (m/f/d)

As a customer service employee (m/w/d), you primarily process B2B customer orders, advise on customer support and ensure a smooth running of orders and returns.

You accompany the order processing and processing competently and reliably from the order receipt to the delivery to the customer You stand in regular exchange with our customers (written and telephone) Furthermore, you agree internally with the sales team and all the departments involved in the product, such as production, quality management and accounting You are responsible for the collection and processing of complaints and returns as well as the administrative care of the data You analyze and identify the needs of our customers Creating and recapturing offers and placing orders is also part of your tasks You support the sales manager in the care and processing of key new and large customers

You have successfully completed your commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman, wholesale and foreign trade businessman, office businessman) or a comparable qualification You have first professional experience in the sales service of a manufacturing company, ideally in the packaging industry You are also familiar with Microsoft365 applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) You work service-oriented, are team-ready and have a self-safe appearance You are strong in communication and are actively seeking contact with our customers Your analytical skills help you to understand the needs of customers and develop the right solution You can certainly master English in word and writing
