Location responsibility: You secure the law- and policy-compliant operation - especially with regard to waste law, hazardous goods and work protection requirements. Operational control: You plan and coordinate the daily processes (personnel, disposition, vehicles) and thus ensure a smooth run in the logistics and disposal-related daily business. Key figures & optimization: You analyze performance data (e.g. tour utilisation), develop operational key figures and guide sustainable improvement measures. Collaboration: You report to the management and are instrumental in continuing to expand the site together with your team and in close coordination with adjacent areas - operationally and strategically. Completed training or studies in the logistical or commercial field as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position. knowledge of waste law as well as the handling of hazardous materials, industrial protection and disposal logistics (e.g. KrWG, EfbV, ADR, UVV). Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel; ideally experience with MS Dynamics Nav or similar business software. You think entrepreneurial, trade solution-oriented and communicate safely in German. You lead your team with clarity, respect and commitment.
