The area stands for the design of the fields of demand, the design of customer-centric solutions, as well as user reporting under the perspective of strengthening FI in the role of digitalization partners. Technical support, design and adaptation of portfolios for the strategic and content development of demand fields Active representation of the portfolio in the banking-professional design processes in the Sparkassen financial group and cooperation in the cross-departmental derivation of IT requirements Work package management in projects or preliminary studies of the business unit Focusing and introduction of impulses to action needs and optimization measures in the assigned needs fields of sales management Development of decision bases and management-oriented presentations and concepts (including in the context of project and committee work) Stakeholder management in exchange with internal and external stakeholders Management of the assigned process and application teams

Successfully completed business studies or comparable training ideally in the financial/bank sector at least two to three years of professional experience Experience in adapting project portfolios based on customer requirements and market analyses Designed analytical skills as well as problem-solving competence of specialist analyses and selection of suitable solutions Result-oriented communication and presentation-proof appearance at different hierarchical levels very good knowledge in MSOffice and PowerPoint as well as in the design and preparation of documents.
