(Senior) Legal Counsel Data Protection (m/f/d)

With know-how and vision, you will advise the departments of the Group and Group companies regarding compliance with data protection regulations and regulations from other relevant legal areas. It also applies in complex circumstances to agree on the right to privacy with a successful entrepreneurial activity. You create contracts / project projects and respond to complaints with data protection as well as individual data protection requests from employees and customers. You test and implement the requirements of laws and regulations on data protection for R+V Group companies. You have the skills for conceptual work.

You are a full lawyer (m/w/d) with as above-average legal state exams as possible. Additional qualifications such as promotion and / or LL.M. are welcome to us, but not a prerequisite. You have acquired relevant professional experience and well-founded knowledge in data protection law and adjacent legal areas, ideally within a financial services group. Qualified and highly motivated starters (m/w/d) are also welcome. You have a high affinity and knowledge of new technologies from the Information Society. Communication strength, negotiation skills, economic thinking and a self-employed way round off your profile.
