Implementation of framework contract negotiations with real estate owners (e.g. cities, housing companies, institutional owners or associations) to establish a virtual portfolio Network building and care in appropriate public institutions and associations Production of initial and subsequent contacts to relevant stakeholders Observation and analysis (radio-)infrastructural issues at local and regional level, including the focus on investment, financing and competition Further development of concepts for the realization of public (radio) infrastructure projects within the framework of so-called Partnership models by definition Leading negotiations

Complete study of law, economics, political sciences or comparable qualifications Knowledge of political procedures, structures and processes of local and regional administrations Basic knowledge of public law and/or rental law Experience in dealing with public institutions and associations Very good knowledge of contract design [Funk-]technical basic knowledge or willingness to acquire it Very good negotiating skills and the ability to take the prospect of the negotiating partner High level of initiative and Design will German and good knowledge of English
