During the monthly closing process of all Verivox companies, you will join your team for a smooth Fast Close and Reporting Process according to HGB and IFRS (GuV, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, KPIs) You stand cross-functional specialist departments in the planning process and in all Finance & Controlling relevant questions in the Daily Business as a business partner You support the planning and control of the entire budget and multiannual planning process as well as in estimates and rolling forecast You conduct monthly analyses and challenge business plans in planning talks as well as in performance reviews with the Finance & Business Leads of the Business Units You plausibilisate planning assumptions, consolidate sub-planes and set up monthly deviation and AdHoc analyses to support a fact-based decision-making for your management You create sensitivity and scenario analyses with impacts on the financial, and earnings situation, on the basis of which you are reading recommendations for action and decision templates You support monthly management and investors reporting You continuously develop our planning, reporting and controlling processes as well as tools, systems and databases You enter cost centers and cost centers in your OPEX and Capex planning You independently take responsibility for the implementation of strategic finance (part) projects, such as the implementation of new KPIs or new requirements for planning or reporting tools

Successfully completed BWL study with focus on finance, controlling, accounting At least 1-2 years of professional experience in controlling, in auditing, in investment banking or in the field of valuation/transaction consulting/ consulting with financial focus, ideally in the eCommerce industry Hands-on and Get-things-done mentality Knowledge of accounting and financial management Experience with integrated planning, GuV, balance sheet and cash flow analyses Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and derive recommendations Conceptual thinking and a pronounced understanding of the process Excellent Excel and PowerPoint knowledge Ideal experience with IBM Cognos TM1 Very good German and good English skills
