A warm welcome and support of our customers and guests at the reception Check-in of our guests Night Audit Tasks: Closing of day, Administrative Tasks Conducting regular hotel tours Professional complaint handling Support of the telephone system and forwarding of inquiries to the corresponding departments Certain cash management and correct revenue collection

A completed training in the hotel industry is advantageous Joy in dealing with people and a warm, positive appearance Very good knowledge of German and English A high quality awareness as well as a pronounced hospitality and service orientation Enjoy first experience with the Opera PMS or comparable systems Flexibility to take over night shift if necessary
