Get in – these are your tasks:

• In your position, you will support the specialist building management when monitoring new construction and repair work on track and railway systems.
• With your trained attention to detail, you carry out road trips and take care of the related documentation.
• In addition, you plan and monitor the budget of individual construction measures, meet preparations for construction projects and obtain the necessary permits.
• The general construction monitoring and coordination of all participants are also your responsibility.
• Reliable, you are planning mass investigations for tenders and taking part in the technical award of track construction work.
• Last but not least, we rely on your know-how when it comes to the scale and billing as well as the decrease in the corresponding track construction work.

• Your basis forms an education including training for the state-tested technician:in / Master:in track construction / civil engineering or road construction – alternatively you have a comparable qualification.
• This supplements you with good knowledge of construction and material science as well as in standards, guidelines, regulations and procurement law (VOB / VOL / HOAI).
• You already have first experience in creating alerts and construction measures in the iTWO software.
• In dealing with MS Office you are versed.
• In addition, you have a class B licence.
• Personally you score with your independent, quality-conscious and working.

You have the health aptitude requirements for employees according to §10 BOStrab and track work with safety tasks.
