IT Contract and License Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks – structure instead of standstill As a specialist in IT Contract & Licensing Management (m/w/d), you are in a diverse range of responsibility for contracts, licenses and IT procurement: Contract Manager IT – You take over the creation and management of the IT contracts of the W&M Group and ensure a structured contractual landscape. Call Coordinator – The planning and execution of calls for tenders in the IT environment is one of your responsibility and accompanies the entire award process. Negotiation professionals – Conditions and contract negotiations with business partners will conduct you in consultation with the IT management and our indirect purchasing. Controller & Planer – You are responsible for contract controlling as well as budget planning and monitoring for IT services and licenses. Strategy designers – The development of procurement strategies as well as the proactive pooling of IT services fall within your task. IT-Controlling-Vertretung – In addition, you represent the IT-Controlling area within the group of companies.

Professionally strong and structured on the go You bring the technical basis for a responsible role in IT contract management and license management: Academic basis – A completed study of business management, business informatics or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis. Contract and controlling understanding – Finding knowledge in contract law as well as in controlling, especially in cost and performance accounting, forecasting and budget tracking, characterize your profile. Experience in the IT procurement environment – Multiannual professional experience in the procurement of software and/or IT license management will bring you already. Licence model knowledge – experience with license models from Microsoft and SAP as well as with common lease models is available. Data protection and auditing – The audit and safeguarding of data protection-compliant contract design (AVV, TOM) is carried out in cooperation with the data protection officer. System knowledge – First knowledge of SAP (MM/FI) is already available. Working methods – A structured, independent and self-responsible way of working, as well as a pronounced analytical thinking and working method shape your daily action. Personal competencies – team skills, communication strength and enforcement ability will also help you. Language Competence – Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least language level C1) complete your profile.
