These are your tasks:

• Support and help for users to ensure the effective use of software and hardware.
• Management of the software life cycle, including package creation, distribution and updates.
• diagnosis and elimination of hardware and software problems.
• Configuration of PCs, printers and other hardware for distribution in the company.
• Managing Windows, VMware and Linux servers to ensure performance, security and updates.
• Network performance monitoring, configuration and security.
• Management of domain-based systems such as Active Directory for user accounts and network security.

• Complete studies in computer science or a similar field of study
• Professional experience in system and user care
• Ability to work independently, reliable and service-oriented
• Joy in solving problems
