Apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d)

During your training period, you will run many areas in our company such as export processing, logistics, financial accounting, warehouses, etc. You will learn how to create hazardous goods declarations and customs documents for export and gain insight into accounting and controlling. We will show you how to order customer orders, invoices and shipping orders, register appointments and control them, or how to present our customers and visitors. Or you get to know the receipt of goods, organize the incoming goods and check the deliveries in kind, quality and quantity. We make sure that you can always translate your theoretical knowledge from the vocational school directly into practice. Of course you're not alone with us: Your experienced colleagues will help you at any time and support you on your way. So that at the end of your three-year training period you can start directly as a full team member in our company!

You bring a good to very good middle school graduation.
