Our Caritas-Förderzentrum Nikolaus von Weis is an institution of stationary child and youth assistance, in which children and young people aged 0-21 are supervised at fully-stationary housing groups with different conceptual focus of pedagogical professionals. We also offer places for inobservatives.

We are looking for a professionally versed area management that accompanies seven housing groups, develops educational processes and actively supports the conceptual realignment of our institution. You work embedded in a strong management team and contribute to quality development with their expertise.

Professional control and accompaniment of seven housing groups with their group lines Support of group management in leadership situations and development processes Working on the revision and continuous development of all pedagogical concepts Implementation and promotion of systemic-solution-oriented work models Responsibility for occupancy management and customer contacts Close cooperation with management, psychologist, QMB and administration Participation in quality development and process optimization Active cooperation in conjunction with the Caritas-Förderzentrum St. Rafael

Completed studies Social work, education or comparable qualification Professional experience in stationary youth assistance, ideally with management experience Knowledge of systemic-solution-oriented work or willingness to qualify Ability to accompany team lines professionally and to control processes structured Strong communication and cooperation Experience or interest in document and customer management Openness for change processes and organisational development
