Commercial project manager with a focus on contracts (m/f/d)

Commercial support for demanding projects for public and private clients in Germany and abroad – from the tender phase to the successful project conclusion Compilation of commercial offers and auditing and processing of contract drafts and contractual documents (e.g. LOI, NDA, MoU) in consultation with relevant departments Implementation of supply, price and contract negotiations with customers, partners and subcontractors as well as clarification of commercial and contractual issues Commercial project controlling with responsibility for budget compliance, time management, cost management and risk assessment, as well as ensuring the correct accounting Control and support of subcontractor management as well as support in monitoring and tracking requirements Definition, analysis and monitoring of relevant project and business indicators (KPIs) to support successful project management Active participation of special projects to increase efficiency in commercial processes

Successfully completed studies in business, economics, economic engineering, economic law or comparable; as an alternative a completed commercial training with corresponding additional qualification and relevant professional experience in the commercial project environment Professional experience in commercial supply and order processing and contract management Good understanding of contractual issues; Knowledge of public price law (VO PR, LSP) and procurement law (UVgO, VSVgV) are advantageous practical experience in the commercial support of projects, ideally in the context of contracting authorities; Knowledge in defence & security is desirable Secure handling of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems, such as SAP PS+SD Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
