Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of about 10 SAP consultants with focus on SAP FI/CO or SAP consolidation Management and management of complex SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Introduction projects, including for the harmonisation and digitization of financial and controlling processes Strategic customer advice to transform existing ERP systems to S/4HANA, including the analysis of the Universal Journal, integration of SAP Central Finance, and automation solutions in accounting Identification of Improvement Potentials in Financial Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Reporting and Compliance – e.g. through tools such as SAP Signavio, Celonis and Co. Depending on the experience and interest, responsibility for Presales activities in Finance & Consolidation, including offerings and presentations Expansion of long-term customer relationships and development of new business opportunities

Found experience in SAP consulting, either focusing on SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance OR SAP Consolidation & S/4HANA Group Reporting National and ideally also international SAP project experience incl. Project and Program Management in Industry or Energy Optimum would be additional (first) leadership experience including team building and development as well as presales and/or sales Negotiating German knowledge, good English skills and project-related readiness are considered a prerequisite for this position
