Direct and trusted cooperation with the management of legal, economic and strategic issues Own audit, design and negotiation of contracts and assessment of legal and economic risks, including concrete recommendations for action for management Examination of external attorneys' letters and legal matters with concrete recommendations for action for management Accompanying legal issues, in particular business start-ups, holdings and corporate structures Coordination and control of external firms and other partners Preparation of important business decisions through analyses, reporting and decision-making Independent coordination of selected projects of management and follow-up of agreed measures Organisation and preparation of important appointments and meetings of management Monitoring of essential deadlines and ongoing operations

Successfully completed first and second legal state exam Extensive understanding of economic and business relationships Good knowledge of contract and company law; labour law knowledge is advantageous Strong analytical thinking and the ability to prepare complex facts in a comprehensible and decision-oriented manner Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe occurrence, communication strength and willingness to represent a separate position High level of discretion, loyalty and sense of responsibility Safe handling of modern digital tools
