Head of Operational Project Management (m/w/d) Charging Infrastructure

With a renowned customer from e-mobility based in the heart of Hamburg, this interesting perspective as head of operational project management (m/w/d) in full-time as part of direct staff placement. You run our operational project management team in charging infrastructure and are responsible for the successful implementation of all projects in terms of quality, budget and schedule. You control the selection, supervision and quality control of subcontractors and ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements. Together with the project managers, you are responsible for the costing of offers and project budgets. You monitor the project budget, analyze deviations and work closely with controlling and logistics. You are responsible for material planning in cooperation with the project managers and ensure timely availability. You conduct quality audits and develop measures to optimize workflows. In escalations, you are the central contact person and develop pragmatic solutions during the project. You promote your team through targeted training and training measures.

You bring well-founded experience in project management – ideally in the area of charging infrastructure, TGA or energy management. You have a degree (e.g. electrical engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering) or a comparable qualification. You have experience in managing project teams and dealing with entrepreneurs. You are safe in budget management, quality assurance and enjoy structured processes. You work in a solution-oriented manner, communicate clearly and act with entrepreneurial vision. You are safe in handling MS Office and ideally bring experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics).
