Account Manager - Business Clients Division (m/f/d)

You are the central interface for our business customers and stand by this as a reliable partner. Your pleasure in understanding the concerns of our customers is reflected in your daily work.

You advise our customers competently on the phone and offer valuable information as well as tailor-made solutions that meet the individual needs of our business customers.

You take care of incoming orders independently and professionally. In doing so, you coordinate communication with patients as well as with our key customers to ensure a smooth hospital discharge.

You carefully collect customer data and orders in our system and thus ensure complete and precise documentation.

You make sure that all orders are handled in a timely and error-free manner, so that our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition.

You have already gained first practical experience in customer service and know the importance of a customer-oriented way of thinking.

Ideally, you bring a commercial training or a comparable qualification.

Your passion for customer service is shown in your friendly, open and helpful way, by which you quickly build positive and trusting relationships with our business customers. You are able to jonglate several tasks at the same time and never lose the overview. Your careful and structured way of working helps you keep an overview even in stressful situations. You master the German language in word and writing and can communicate clearly, precisely and understandably.
