The Department of Planning and Auditing in Control and Safety Engineering is part of the PSV principle organisation and develops the quality-assurance foundations of the testing processes by preparing technical and processual contents for testing in the railway infrastructure, developing test methods, accommodating the introduction of new technologies and supporting the test experts in technical exchange. In your role, you work on the implementation and further development of standards for test procedures in control and safety technology as well as for IT-supported test tools and support their application in practice You analyse new technologies, designs and systems of control and safety technology and prepare the resulting requirements for test methods and contents As part of the test methodology, you will develop technical principles as well as reference and assessment approaches and support their uniform application In addition, you will participate in the further development of test processes, guides and control unit contents and provide technical knowledge from the test practice You support the further development and certification of IT-assisted test tools and anticipate the transfer of technical requirements into digital testing processes with Together with specialist areas and interface partners, you work on the further development of requirements for manufacturers and systems You support the exchange between audit experts and introduce yourself to professional networks

Your profile:
