Leadership and further development of the staff service team (6 MA) in Taufkirchen (Vils) Total responsibility for all administrative HR processes as well as the time-right, law-compliant payroll for approx. 1,000 employees Independent processing of the pay bill for a defined care area including particularly complex cases Continuous optimization and digitization of payroll and HR processes incl. Key User Responsible for P&I LogaHR Expert advice from the HR team on wage tax, social insurance and billing issues Management and support of the annual accounts Central contact person for internal and external contact persons, audits and official audits

Completed studies or training in the human resources sector (e.g. Multiannual, well-founded experience in payroll accounting – ideally with P&I Loga Sovereign handling of high workload, time pressure and dynamic changes Very good knowledge of labour, tax and social security law; TVöD/TV-L and hospital environment of advantage Responsible, structured operation with pronounced service and solution orientation Communication strength, very good knowledge of German and joy in leadership and further development High performance and motivation to actively optimize and drive processes Detection of a sufficient level of protection, if appropriate Detection of immunity against measles (if you are born after 31.12.1970)
