Accompanying IT introductions, e.g. by supporting project management in the introduction of new systems and procedures with regard to a communication strategy Creation of information materials such as newsletters, intranet contributions, presentations, videos, posters or campaigns target group-oriented preparation of complex technical content for different addressees (m/w/d) Planning and implementation of events, workshops and other information formats on digitalization topics Establishment and maintenance of a “digital project portfolio” in the Intranet, which is transparent to the status and benefits of ongoing projects Promoting a digital administrative culture, e.g. through storytelling or success stories User support and feedback management Organisation of training and participation formats Documentation of changes carried out Participation in the evaluation of introductory processes Creation of short reports on acceptance, state of use and optimization requirements

completed studies of communication, media or economics or a comparable degree programme or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the designated area Knowledge of targeted communication methods and formats is advantageous Knowledge of user, acceptance and feedback management are advantageous Knowledge in the field of social media communication as well as in the creation of image and video material are advantageous Understanding teaching principles for imparting knowledge Basic understanding of IT systems and digital administrative procedures Ability to translate technical content into understandable, administrative language for different target groups Understanding organisational structures, decision-making and working logic in public administration Ability to assess the acceptance, use and impact of digital measures in a structured manner
