Your role – strategically leading, operationally effective In a challenging market environment, you assume the overall responsibility for the economic performance and the strategic development of our office real estate portfolio. Strategy & value enhancement Development, modelling and implementation of sustainable asset and value enhancement strategies for your office real estate portfolio Total responsibility for economic performance, profitability and achievement of targets Active identification of potentials, creative rental impulses and pragmatic measures for performance optimization in a challenging market New ideas and active driving of changes Guided tour & control Professional and disciplinary leadership of the asset and property management team Control of external service providers (Makler, Property Manager, Consultant) Close cooperation with internal interfaces (including finance, marketing, legal) Inspiration of the team and set clear priorities Rental & Rental relations Responsibility for key accounts and regular exchange with key rentals - close to the market, close to the needs Conducting complex lease negotiations and active presence in critical situations Development and implementation of marketing strategies together with marketing and asset managers Transactions & reporting Leading responsibility for planned sales and sales in coordination with the management Total responsibility for budget, forecast and monthly reports Transparent explanation of deviations and derivation of concrete measures Keep an overview and make decisions based on clear analyses in close coordination with internal stakeholders

Must-haves Complete university studies (e.g. real estate, business, finance, etc.) At least 10 years of relevant professional and management experience in asset and/or property management of office and commercial real estate Funded real estate and financial expertise, including budgeting, business plans and performance analyses Very good knowledge of the German office real estate market and a resilient network Detectable strength in the negotiation with tenants, brokers and investors Personal competencies Entrepreneurial thinking and high outcome orientation and a pronounced will for design Enforced, motivating leaders with a strong team orientation Very good analytical, structuring and decision-making capability Communication strength at all levels Very good English skills in word and writing
